Overview
The role involves lots of networking and relationship building. It also requires technical knowledge to complete pieces of work. It requires a high work ethic combined with organisational skills.
Skills
Lots - Loads of soft skills such as communication and networking. In addition to technical skills such as Jira, office 365 packages and coding
Responsibilities
Yes. I was trusted to work individually within my project and present my own work to clients. As time went on I became a more trusted member of the team and started working on higher impact work
Support & Guidance
As much as I needed. There are lots of support systems in place. If I ever had an issue, there were at least 4/5 different people/groups I felt more than comfortable to go to for help
Culture
Everything was really positive. Wellbeing is really important and this was shown through office culture and assignments
