  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • yes - I was chair of student connect and was given a lot of responsibility in all of my tasks. I was required to work independently and problem solve which had greatly helped my development

  • So much - if I needed help, there was always someone there to help me. Lubrizol is a very open and honest work environment, with such friendly people. My supervisor had my back throughout my placement and supported me in everything I did

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Professional yet friendly. I was treated like an adult throughout my whole placement and was kept to the same expectations as everyone else. It is a very respectful environment and everyone works very cohesively.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I absolutely loved it - I really gained a lot of confidence whilst on placement and have learnt so much to take away with me. It has been the best year ever!
