    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Processing internal customer order (OSG'S) and making sure they are received by the warehouse, Process and supply external customer orders. Review and checking if stock can be supplied. Review and respond to customer queries and complaints through intelex. Logging and tracking any delivery failures throughout the day.

  • I have developed my communication and teamworking skill, through working with a wide range of people throughout the business. I have developed my confidence and initiative through the wide range of tasks I have had to do on the daily basis.

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I have been given immense responsibility through manging and looking after the whole OSG (offer, sample and gift) process. I have also been given responsibility through being a key correspondent to customer complaint and queries.

  • I have been given a large amount of support and guidance throughout my placement through a large and supportive team, constantly teaching me and helping me through my and being provided daily assistance and advise.

  • the company culture has been very accepting, relaxed and community orientated. Always have felt a part of team and the wider business. With the perfect work life balance in the centre of the companies culture.
