Overview
Negotiate access onto land. Negotiate and draft licences. Negotiate and resolve compensation claims. Planning application monitoring services. Mapping as part of the Planning application monitoring service and for the LSBUD response department on ArcMaps and client specific software. Write letters to and communicate with Grantors. Review licences for specific terms. Review archived previous conversations for client. General client requests. Review landowner databases for curtilage information and contact details.

Responsibilities
The planning application monitoring service was often left under my supervision. I have ran with minimum oversite a large access instruction for a National Grid Scheme and ran with no company oversite a drone assessment access instruction. At all times during these there were colleagues in the office who I could request advice from if needed, however my colleagues often requested no updates from me for weeks at a time following the first five months.
Support & Guidance
My line manager was very proactive with asking if I had enough work to do and if there was anything she could help with. Due to the scale of the office I was working at I often had a senior colleague working nearby who would be happy to answer questions if asked.
Culture
As relaxed as a professional office environment can ever be.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed myself well enough. Make sure to keep on top of your deadlines, absolutely nobody will be sympathetic if you have to rush to get something done because a date snuck up on you.
