Overview
My role specifically looks at facilitating requests given from Business Partners and working alongside them and the advisors closely to assist on case management topics and private projects.
Skills
I have been given a variety of experiences and opportunities including online training which is both mandatory and optional, as well as face to face training with providers such as ACAS. You are given full responsibilities and feel like a valued member of the team with important and meaningful work. Organizational skills definitely accelerated.
Responsibilities
Yes - given important tasks with review meetings (if necessary) to support. Not only this but all feedback and opinions given are treated as though we are well respected senior associates, there is little discrimination between interns and other job roles.
Support & Guidance
There is a lot of support and guidance and benefits given. Such as the use of EAP throughout as well as knowing the mental health first aiders and creating a close bond with my manager to allow for transparent and open conversations. I feel like if I have an issue, there is always someone to help resolve this.
Culture
Great company culture, feel like a big family! No task to big or small and more solutions raised then problems!

This has been my favorite job I have ever had. The support from colleagues is phenomenal and a good understanding that we are all working together to achieve the same or similar goals.
