    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Throughout my placement, I have had the opportunity to develop and improve a number of different skills – both functional and leadership wise. I have improved in confidence since starting at Pernod Ricard UK not only in myself but also in the work that I am producing. I believe throughout my time here a big strength of mine has been my proactivity. This has allowed me to push myself and get involved in lots of different projects across the team. I have also had the opportunity to learn about stakeholder management. I learnt that this is an important part of the role and have enjoyed being able to work across different stakeholders and learn how each customer operates. Other strengths include growth mindset, time management and collaboration.

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Everyone in the team encourages you to ask as many questions as you have and they will always happily answer them for you or point you in the right direct for them to be answered!
