  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The general company culture was good- the team I was in were really helpful and welcoming. Some of the permanent staff were quite unwelcoming but aren't often in the office so it wasn't a major issue.

    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • Personally, I did not find the placement motivating or challenging; the role is very repetitive and admin based. However, I understand that the work at Randstad is vital for DSA students, just not the role for me. I did really like my fellow placement students and made some great friends!

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Randstad
  • It is worth doing if you're needing a placement as you are with lots of other placement students which is brilliant. Please be aware that the role is not challenging/exciting- this isn't a criticism of Randstad, it is just the role as an Account Specialist.
