Overview
Providing exceptional customer service to the enterprise customers from phone calls, handling queries / issues and opening and closing contracts. There is admin during the day such as handling incoming reservations on the computer. Also, doing deliveries and collections for corporate customers. This involves organising “runs” and planning your time efficiently.
Skills
My sales skills improves considerable during my time, customer service skills also improved. Problem handing. Team work. Time management.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility during my time at enterprise such as managing the fleet of over 100 vehicles, maintaining a list of enterprise corporate accounts and making sure they were happy with our service and also being responsible for getting new accounts to join us. I was also managing various parts of the business such as debt, branch claims and corporate accounts
Support & Guidance
I feel that I was supported well by my management team both in my branch and senior management as well. Everyone felt approachable and listened to us.
Culture
Company culture and general atmosphere was great. I worked in 2 branches and worked with different teams during my time and I really enjoyed working with everyone. My management teams were also really good and created a nice work environment.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement at enterprise and feel that I development many transferable skills and also improved existing skills.
Yes
Be very pro active and get involved straight away. There is so much to learn but a lot of it is on the job so getting involved and asking lots of questions is vital. Being confident makes you stand out.
