    Your Impressions

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • It was too pressured and stressful with too much micro managing and way too many meetings for 20 grand a year, but i think that was because of the way it was set up with the pressure put on those around us. Outside of that i liked the people and the job wasnt bad. i had a good manager, lots of support and really helped me grow in the role big time.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Randstad
  • For a placement there was far too much stress and pressure for some of my colleagues for only 20 grand. Two of the students wanted to leave asap and everyone was looking forward to the end, definitely wouldn't join this set up again, but without the meetings and micro managing if you have a good manager like i did it could definitely be good.
