Overview
Initially you begin working in store for 4 months completing store assistant training, then you learn to be a deputy store manager then finally a assistant store manager. After 7 months of working in store you will work in head office completing project work all around the area compiling data to help further the region.
Skills
Skills such as working in a team, management and delegating tasks while using different management styles, confidence of presenting information for your managers.
Responsibilities
Lots of responsibility was given to myself, I would be running the shift on my own, aswell as opening and closing the store.

Culture
The company culture is harsh but fair, it takes some getting used to the constant feedback, however it builds up your resilience.

The placement has given me a understanding of the world of work and given me life skills that I will take with me for the rest of my life
