Overview
Creating solutions and running them on an analytical machine, alongside processing the data output from them and then writing them up. This is alongside any meetings and responsibilities
Skills
I have learnt many skills - technical skills in the sense of operating instrument and machines, scientific writing skills to allow others to look at my work. People skills - interacting with people in order to cohesively work together is important and I have developed that here.
Responsibilities
Yes lots - I have ran point on lots of small parts of the project, as well as running events for internal resource groups. If you want it, you can get it!
Support & Guidance
Lots of support, not just from official help (supervisor and manager) but from all members in the team and even outside the team.
Culture
A very good place to work in, a very strong no blame culture and they understand how much you know. They strive for the best in the best way possible
