Overview
Updating and tracking revenue. Raising and processing POs. New supplier onboarding. Balance sheet controls. Construction of month end journals. Support with audit when required. Staff cost analysis. As hoc support when needed. TB reporting. Departmental reporting.
Skills
Significantly developed corporate presentation skills, accounting skills, communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, ownership of many large files and important stakeholder submissions.
Support & Guidance
I had a sufficient support network from my line manager, team, and HR. I never felt like I was alone.
Culture
There was exciting significant change at National Grid and the atmosphere was always welcoming and friendly.
