  • On a day to day basis I was communicating with insurers, clients and bodyshops to gain updates on our hire accounts so they can be updated.

  • Yes, I was given my own workload to update as well as helping others on my team. I have spent time training new hires and developing their skills after a few months on the job.

  • I received continuous support from my managers and the team around me. we have monthly meetings where we could discuss any issues we had and additional meetings set aside for coaching and working on these problems.

  • The company was very friendly and welcoming. There were always events going on and great ways to meet new people from the company.
