As well as the opportunity to learn about project management and lead some active client projects.

Support & Guidance
The university talent team provided a lot of support throughout in both our role and support in developing us as people. The team provided lots of extra-curricular seminars around managing money, budgeting and investing. As well as seminars related to soft skill development such as managing upwards and feedback.
Culture
Compared to my friends, Adobe has such a nice culture. In my opinion, I've found it to be very laid-back in culture, you're provided with all the opportunities you could want and it's up to you to deliver on them and ask for help - which is always there, you just need to ask. The office atmosphere is very good. Constant events and opportunities to meet people, at the moment we've got lots of PRIDE events going on and there's usually a celebration for evey major cultural festival.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement. It was an incredible opportunity to develop new skills. I come from an unrelated degree discipline, so it was a really nice opportunity to develop new skills which I really enjoyed. The socials provided by the university talent team provided a great opportunity to develop friendships which made the placement even better. Definitely made some life-long friends (and connections).
Yes
Try to understand the differences between Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media, as well as the licenses vs professional services and customer success. Some of the feedback I got from my interview when applying to professional services was my ability to differentiate between Adobe licenses and professional services.
