Overview
• Usually start with any roadmap updates submitted by the team. This is put into a monthly report that we send out to the team • Also update any O2 NUG open date changes we receive on salesforce. • Update our recent openings section on theLobby with new openings and create new opening announcements. • Any hotel questions that I receive from team members • Then I will work on PiM builds for SLH that I have been assigned for the week • As well as this I have also been helping the bps team with a request to build a renovation roadmaps

• Soft skills o Most valuable skills are the soft skills I’ve gained. o More confident both professionally and in everyday life o Also, more organised and improved my time management skills. This has helped me to prioritise work better. • Work setting o New platforms like Synthesia and salesforce, which I can apply to any future role. o Cross-exposure to new teams that we work with to open new hotels o Worked on-property which gave me a better insight into hotel operations and how it differs from corporate
