Overview
My day to day work was to attend calls with clients or other internal teams to provide support and insight into GenAI Applications and PoC's. When not on calls my goal was to help develop solutions in different delivery methods.
Skills
Yes I have expanded my skillset even further, learning more around project management and organisation, have delved deeper into full-stack skills and have upskilled heavily in the area of GenAI
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility to get deliverables done and to manage calls, I was trusted with hard bits of work.
Support & Guidance
I had an amazing support system in IBM and guidance from all I interacted with. Overall you have a task manager and a internal IBM manager, allowing two different people to attend to different needs or problems. The vastness of the company allows for amazing skill transfers.
Culture
Company culture is very positive and a great atmosphere!
