    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I worked as a test engineer, therefore I would manage the testing of vehicle components every day. This involved procuring test equipment and fixtures, co-ordinating with technicians to build rigs, setting up and running tests, updating customers on test progress, identifying, logging and resolving test issues as well as writing test reports.

  • I have learnt numerous soft skills such as teamwork, time management and presentation skills. I have also learnt many hard skills using programs such as Python, MATLAB, Google Cloud Services, CANalyser and Tableau.
