  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was given autonomy over decisions and directions of numerous projects that I worked on and even owned. I had responsibility for delivering particular work and for contributing particular information.

  • Support was always there for things, technical and soft support, from numerous sources and people around the business, including associated companies and charities. There was also excellent supportive training.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Amazing culture, lovely atmosphere and people, all passionate about their roles in the business. There were always events and celebrations on for all different things etc.
