Overview
Research, prototyping, CAD, business, project management, business cases, presenting, designing, engineering, collaboration.
Skills
I have greatly developed numerous skills, technical and soft. I have learnt a huge amount about the business and how it operates also.
Responsibilities
I was given autonomy over decisions and directions of numerous projects that I worked on and even owned. I had responsibility for delivering particular work and for contributing particular information.
Support & Guidance
Support was always there for things, technical and soft support, from numerous sources and people around the business, including associated companies and charities. There was also excellent supportive training.
Culture
Amazing culture, lovely atmosphere and people, all passionate about their roles in the business. There were always events and celebrations on for all different things etc.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement, and would highly recommend JLR as a place to work and/or start your career in.
