Varies depending on need. Job includes tool design and drawing, validation of tools, safety, shop floor support, new products and automation

Responsibilities
Yes, lots of responsibilities. I was responsible in dealing with large budgets as well as drawing, modelling and delivering tooling for depot
Support & Guidance
I recieved support when I needed it. However, I was also left to work out tasks myself and given the chance to develop my own skills, which I liked
Culture
Company culture within my team and wider teams was really good. Also, when needing wider functions they were usually very helpful. Overall, a very good culture
