Overview
I am an Intern within the Brand support team where I have learnt how brand standards are executed and maintained on an international scale. Within my role I assist with collating data and information to help assess our brands performance so that the most effective support can be provided to our hotels.
Skills
Within my role I have learnt to use new platforms such as Qualtrics and Canva, as well as this I have deepened my knowledge and understanding of excel.
Responsibilities
Throughout my placement I was given full responsibility and ownership of my tasks. Additionally, I had the opportunity to assist and play an active role within wider projects.
Support & Guidance
I received a huge amount of support from my team throughout my placement as they were always happy to provided guidance whenever I needed and also allowed me the opportunity to take on new tasks and learn new skills that have helped with my career development.
Culture
Hilton has an amazing work culture and is a positive place to work, they are always hosting events to show appreciation for the work everyone does.
