    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Updating reports, helping to create content and upload content on educational platforms like Gen, running the brand onboarding of new EMEA hires. Admin work and responding to Salesforce cases. As well as ad hoc tasks like helping organize events for the team as well as projects like PowerBi Dashboard creating and Lobby website updated and re-design.

  • I've improved on my communication, excel skills, Content creation. I have also learnt to use new platforms like Canva, PowerBI, Salesforce, Synthesia, Umbraco.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I had quite a few opportunities to take responsibility during the placement, i was put in charge of a couple projects and task like the brand onboarding of new hires in the region. All you task were your responsibility to maintain and remember to update them etc. so i would say I was given a good amount of responsibility.

  • The team was always there to help with any questions I might of had, and lots of guidance was provided when i first started.

  • The work atmosphere was really nice and fun, there was quite often a fun event being held in the office as well as in the bps team.
