Overview
Day to day I have a set of daily tasks such as replying to eBay customers and reporting. However the rest of the day can really vary depending on the projects that are live at that point. Most days consist of speaking to a range of people/teams in order to move forward and complete projects.
Skills
I have had the opportunity to develop a range of skills throughout this year due to the amount of training's TGB offer. I have had the opportunity to undertake Presentation, Project management, Excel and range of other training's that really have helped me grow in the role and will also help me moving forward into future employment.
Responsibilities
Throughout this year I have been given lots of responsibility within projects and have also had the ability to decide the direction I want to take the role and what projects come with that. I always got the chance to decide what issues I wanted to tackle and discuss with my manager the ways I believe this could be done.
Support & Guidance
My manager and the team were massively supportive throughout and were always there for me if I had any questions or needed help. I learnt a lot from the team and they offered lots of guidance which was extremely beneficial coming into the working world from university.
Culture
The company culture at Toyota GB is great as it is all about getting the best out of you as an individual and this really shows with the amount of training and opportunities for growth they offer. In addition, the atmosphere around the company was amazing as the office is really sociable and there is lots of different spaces to get work done.
Your Impressions

In addition the responsibility I was given throughout the year really made me feel part of the company. Lastly, the social side of the company was great as there was always someone to speak to and there were lots of opportunities to get experiences outside the office.
