Main project involved refurbishing the water test facility in trim and final Other work included ordering and sourcing parts

For my main project i was given responsibility to organise everything involved, included meetings, contractors and plans

Team wise very good culture and atmosphere beyond my team i believed there was a blame culture, however i did not experience this directly

Could have been a lot better and provided me with more of a direction and pace, instead i felt like i was not contributing as well as i could have towards both my team and the company.
