Overview
To ensure that the build processes for the new cars are feasible and safe to carry out. To help deliver a large tooling project and get the tooling installed before the new cars are manufactured.
Skills
Yes my communication and confidence has increased massively. I can give better presentations and work better with other people.

Not much at first but I slowly got given more responsibility throughout the year.

Good atmosphere and the people are all very friendly.

I feel that I have gained lots of valuable skills and experiences but sometimes felt that I had no work or responsibilities and found it boring
Yes
Take plenty of time to apply and make your CV and cover letter good. For interviews team work is a valuable skill and so is innovation
