Overview
My role involves working towards improving equity, diversity and inclusion within Airbus. Also, working on the range of different recruitment processes such as early careers and experienced hires. Day to day, I was helping to support the recruitment team and managing job roles to hire for.

Not too much responsibility but there were some occasions in which I had a lot of responsibility.

My internship has been very enjoyable. Sometimes, it was stressful but these were the times that I grew in terms of my development
