Informative sessions on personal branding, inclusion, and networking. Team activities that required interaction and presenting back to the audience.

Business Insight
Learning about the business and the potential roles available was informative. We explored the company’s organisational structure and clarified how different departments operate and are interconnected. I also learned about the qualifications needed for various positions, such as the actuarial qualifications or the CFA.
Culture
Very friendly and open. We were encouraged to be interactive and constantly expected to participate and engage in the conversation.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed gaining insight into the business and its roles. It was informational and inspiring, providing clarity on qualifications, competencies, and career paths. Understanding the company’s structure and inclusive nature was both exciting and valuable, giving me a clear sense of direction and purpose.

When applying to WTW, apply early and complete the tests/video interview as soon as possible (when invited) to secure your position and demonstrate your enthusiasm. During any QnAs held with the company prior to application or tests, ask questions during the process to show your interest and clarify your understanding. Research thoroughly to understand the different lines of business and the company’s background. This knowledge will help you tailor your application and prepare for networking during the insight session as well.
