Overview
Working with the Purpose Community and Corporate Affairs team to help shape the message of the company internally, externally and to stakeholders. I also work with the Social Mobility Team to run outreach programmes for students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. These aim to equip them with the skills and opportunities they might not otherwise be able to access.
Skills
I have developed my critical thinking skills, communication, analytical and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
I have been given lots of responsibility and autonomy over my projects.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of support during my internship from my team. I was encouraged to develop professionally by attending different events, signing up to digital training academies and getting involved in projects with the wider team.
Culture
The company culture in my team placed a large emphasis on working hard but also the importance of a good work life balance.
