Overview
Both project work and routine work, lab work, presentations, team meeting updates, extra-curricular employee resource groups, report writing, communication with vendors

confidence, presenting, independence, practical skills, problem solving, team working, communication, developed chemistry knowledge and how to put it in practice
Responsibilities
Good amount of responsibility, but within a no blame environment so it never felt unmanageable. In charge of certain testing and own project work, with good supervision, guidance and support

Good support, never felt alone but was pushed out of my comfort zone in a safe and productive environment

Lovely place to work, everyone on site really nice and friendly
