Overview
Communication with European markets and headquarters, answering questions on upcoming global campaigns. Collecting budgets and activation records, supporting on reporting to HQ

Confidence in presenting has increased a lot, brushed up on PowerPoint and excel skills to showcase my work better. Increased responsibility and leadership skills
Responsibilities
Yes. Lots of responsibility as well as support. I always had a security net. My manager would step in and help whenever I needed it
Support & Guidance
A bit, direct support from my line manager could have been better day to day but I could always go to them if I needed anything
Culture
Difficult at first but it takes some adapting to and then it's fine

I enjoyed it and I definitely learnt a lot but there were aspects that I think I struggled with more than I anticipated
