Overview
I analyze week on week data from our entire estate and create comparisons as well as list out opportunities for growth. Partake in meetings with our customer to ensure that as things are running smoothly. Conduct a weekly visit to one of the Samsung stores to get ground level data and implement advice from staff.
Skills
As a part of my role I present weekly infront of my wider team and hence was able to develop my presentation skills. I was also able to improve on my networking and interpersonal skills, thanks to all the people I interact with on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Samsung encourages learning and that comes through the responsibility they give you. You are never treated just as a placement and have the same opportunity that full time employees do! As a result you can lead your own projects and take initiative!
Support & Guidance
There’s always someone to check in and provide guidance with your tasks. You never feel like you’ve been left to do your own thing. You develop a tight bond with your team.
