Overview
Emails, meetings and reporting. I usually have larger projects I work on over a longer period also that I work on and support the wide team on their tasks.
Skills
Communication and organisational skills. Learnt how to network and manage my time efficiently.
Responsibilities
Yes. I lead a few projects and was a large part of many projects in my team. At times, there was a lot of workload however, it was a good challenge and really taught me how to manage my time correctly.
Support & Guidance
I think this is quite team dependent. My team supported me a lot whenever I asked however, during really busy times of the year there was less support.
Culture
Different culture than what I expected. Took some time to adjust.
