    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Store Visits and Online Research: Visit stores and conduct online research to gather insights. Report findings via email to commercial and brand teams, focusing on competitor and retailer activities. Supporting the Team with System Expertise: Assist the Business Development Team (BDT) with your knowledge of systems. Provide daily support and troubleshooting. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in reporting and processes to enhance team efficiency. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and make adjustments as needed. Provide weekly insights and updates to commercial and brand teams. Focus on competitor and retailer activity insights. Ad Hoc Tasks (As Needed) Supporting Senior Business Category Manager: Assist with consumer research projects. Take on special projects as assigned by the Senior Business Category Manager. Analysis; Insight Projects: Conduct detailed analysis and insight projects. Present findings to the senior leadership team as required.
