Responsibilities
Yes, I’ve been involved in many projects have worked with external providers to create templates for our operational communions and have had autonomy to make decisions in areas relevant to my role.
Support & Guidance
Support from my line manager was great. We also had training from external providers such as The Alchemist to support our career development.
Culture
Very open and people have been welcoming and happy to help going out of their way to support my development. The company also actively develops their culture which is a real positive.

I’ve really enjoyed this year. As someone who didn’t know what they wanted to do this has provided a great insight into the corporate world.
Yes
Make sure to be yourself and express and interest in the wider group. We are made up of many brands and have lots of additional programmes running so demonstrating an interest in these will show your application is genuine and that you are curious to learn.
