    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinating Talent & Development activities. For example: Training, budget and supporting the wider organisation with ad-hoc support. I support employees joining the organisation, helping them with the onboarding process. Ensuring employees have sufficient training and the subsequent organisation and facilitation of the sessions. I also help manage the T&D Budget, supporting with accruals, raising purchase orders and reforecast. My role is spilt with internal communications, with this I support with the publication of articles and working on our internal pages.
