Overview
During store training, you learn the foundations of retail at Store Assistant Level, all the way through to ordering the stock for highly-profitable stores at Assistant Manager Level. Then, when embarking onto project work, you learn the 'behind-the-scenes' of one of Britain's Top 4 Supermarkets.
Skills
I have developed my ability to portray professionalism, communicate effectively and lead a time through a motivating and supportive management style.
Responsibilities
I was given the responsibility of hiring new employees for new stores opening in the region as well as acting as a 'National Lead' for a department within ALDI whereby colleagues at all levels were directed to me for support.
Support & Guidance
I have received consistent support and felt continuously valued throughout my placement year here at ALDI.
Culture
