Overview
My role is to help my line manager to check on some important document and sort out the duplicates document. And also working in the lab, and make sure everything is set up clearly, and did some experiment.
Skills
Yes, such as presentation skills, able to network with different industry professionals.
Responsibilities
Yes, access to the important document, access to the lab which not everyone can access and also able to do some training
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my team members and line manager. they teach me a lot of experience, they're all kind and supportive throughout my placement year.
Culture
The culture is nice and flexible, you can choose to take annual eave if you need, you could work from home if you not needed to turn in the office or lab, everyone is nice and helpful, you can talk with anyone outside your team.
