Responsibilities
yes I felt i had a lot of responsibility. some reports / trackers were completely by responsibility to update and send out, and I felt that this gave me good exposure to other people in the division and nurtured a sense of pride for my work. I was also exposed to interesting projects and was allowed to take leads on those.
Support & Guidance
The early career team at loreal are really supportive and i always felt that there was a training or something to develop us going on. My manager was also very supportive, we had weekly 1:1's to check in, she was respectful of my workload and wouldn't overburden me. The L'oreal group focus on yearly goals and quarterly checkins on those, which kept me accountable to my own development
Culture
L'oreal is a very social company, and all of the people i worked with were friendly, happy to help, and keen to include me. You settle in so fast to loreal due to the welcoming nature of its employees. The company has a young, exciting feel to it, and I felt proud to work there.
Your Impressions
