    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I'm based in one of the off-cycle research team under the powertrain function. I was involved on the project related both hardware & mechanical skills. My daily job including CAD, PCB and circuits design. Also has hand-on jobs like harness making and parts modification. I was able to take control of our own design and be responsible about its future developments.

  • In the beginning i found some info can be missing or unclear, but Early career team has been really helpful and my colleagues support a lot during my placement as well.

  • The company culture is really positive and friendly, the general atmosphere is really nice, people support and respect each other. It's a nice professional place to work.
