Responsibilities
I have been growth manager and control manager of my branch which allowed me to have a greater level of responsibility and encourage my managers make decisions to help the company in these divisions
Support & Guidance
The support from my manager was constant throughout the year and monthly one on one meetings with my manager allowed me to vision my future, areas for improvement, and strengths
