Overview
Identifying improvement opportunities and utilising digital capabilities to curate and create suitable solutions.
Skills
Developed knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing as well as use of Microsoft's Power Platform. Had many opportunities to develop soft skills through ERGs and going beyond the expected.
Responsibilities
Increased responsibility as I progressed through the placement. I had a very good and understanding manager who helped me push and stretch my ability to grow and develop.
Support & Guidance
Varied amounts depending on how much support I needed. It is there if needed but I was quite independent so was able to complete most tasks quite independently.
Culture
Amazing culture and atmosphere. Very enjoyable place to work at. Very nice people.

Enjoy it very much. Learned a lot about the industry and developed my soft and hard skills. Everyone is always happy to help and answer questions.

Ensure to prepare a lot before the interview. Be yourself when answering questions to ensure you are the right fit. Ensure you are prepared to answer questions about yourself, the company, and the role. Do research about pharmaceutical manufacturing beforehand to give yourself an advantage.
