Skills
Throughout this placement, I have developed several skills I already possessed such as; communication, time management, organisation and team working. I feel I have really developed these professionally and have overall become a well-rounded employee.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given lots of responsibility and several projects that I had full ownership over. This showed me how I was regarded as an important member of the team and was trusted to work on things both collaboratively but also independently.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of training throughout the placement whether that was with my manager, other members of the HR team or with our talent development manager Patrick who created several training sessions the entire intern cohort undertook to develop essential skills such as communication and presentation training.
Culture
The culture that Enterprise promotes is really shown within all of the employees.
Your Impressions
I couldn't fault the internship one bit, I am a completely different professional than when I started 2 months ago. This year has been full of essential development.
