Overview
My role was doing a little bit of everything, I was given the responsibility of booking customers in, serving those customers and overall doing the admin.
Skills
My customer service, communication and sales skills have improved massively
Responsibilities
Yes a lot. I was in charge of running the day which is basically the person who delegates and allocates the vehicles to customers
Support & Guidance
My manager and HR manager checked in with me frequently, we had training sessions every two months, I felt very supported
Culture
Very fun team we were all close, had regular night outs and team dinners
