Overview
To begin with normal duties including customer service and sales. Then progressing on to a more managerial role
Skills
Team work has been a huge part of development, working in a team which had to operate daily. Secondly problem solving which is a huge part of my daily role
Responsibilities
To begin with the responsibility was managed however when developing though the role this grows massively throughout the year and by the end you do anything that you want
Support & Guidance
Lots of guidance from both other employees and also managers helping me with any issues I have. This is something unexpected as higher manager really care
Culture
Overall you work with like minded people therefore the branch has a good atmosphere and in herbal you enjoy being at work with these people
Your Impressions
Overall it’s a great start to work for a placement, it’s enjoyable but also give you a strong work ethic. It’s a great place to work with great people
