Overview
Working in the retail part of the business. Working face to face with customers and opportunities to help the company grow with marketing and sales on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
I was given the opportunity to run the branch and complete my management qualification at the end of my placement which allows me to become an assistant management when I come back after my final year of university.
Support & Guidance
You get support from your colleagues and managers. Always ask questions as everyone is always happy to answer them. The range of peoples ages as well is really comforting as it tends to be younger people due to fast promotions
Culture
Good everyone is lively and friendly and there is a good culture where it allows everyone to have a laugh which is nice especially on busy days
Your Impressions
From looking back at the end of the year I feel really proud of myself as there was times where I struggled with the hard work and long days. However I over come the challenges I faced and ended up learning a lot of skills which I will take on in my future career. The team really helped over the year and I met people who I will definitely keep friends with after
Yes
Be prepared for hard work and have patience with yourself as it is a lot to learn but if you are dedicated and determined you can progress and do a lot with the company
