  • I have had some guidance from my old manager at my first branch. my current branch i have received less guidance as there are more people working there

  • General atmosphere can be quite energetic and busy with lots to do occasionally there are times where people do bring the atmosphere down

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • my experience was split into two half’s with 2023 being really enjoyable with lots of opportunities. 2024 felt like a completely different place to work for with the treatment being different and some days being tougher than others

  • i would suggest to apply if you are a natural hard worker and someone who has a strong career aspirations. i would tell them that some people can hamper the experience but i do believe that the company overall is good to work for with skills that you take away for the long term
