Overview
Working in Daily Rental. Serving customers and renting cars. speaking to businesses for accounts and insurance companies. working alongside management on running a branch

Communication skills. problem solving. taking initiative. Self-management
Responsibilities
Ran the branch during the day. given roles to take charge of including sales, insurance, vehicle maintenance etc.
Support & Guidance
I have had some guidance from my old manager at my first branch. my current branch i have received less guidance as there are more people working there
Culture
General atmosphere can be quite energetic and busy with lots to do occasionally there are times where people do bring the atmosphere down
Your Impressions
my experience was split into two half’s with 2023 being really enjoyable with lots of opportunities. 2024 felt like a completely different place to work for with the treatment being different and some days being tougher than others
Yes
i would suggest to apply if you are a natural hard worker and someone who has a strong career aspirations. i would tell them that some people can hamper the experience but i do believe that the company overall is good to work for with skills that you take away for the long term
