Overview
Daily duties include communicating with your team to ensure you meet the needs of the customer. Customer service is key within this role, combined with sales and marketing.
Skills
Some of the many skills learnt through this placement include sales, customer service, financial systems, multitasking, networking.
Responsibilities
They give us the independence to do what we would like to do. For example, if I wanted to spend a day marketing, they allocate time for you to do this.
Support & Guidance
Always received support from my managers when I needed it.
Culture
Very positive working atmosphere, the staff are very friendly when you first start working. Everyone lends a hand to help.
