Overview
Pricing parts, building or developing reports, communicating with stakeholders and working with customers to resolve their issues.
Skills
I have developed my excel skills and now can create and edit macros. I have learnt about the SAP system and the different ways to use it. I have learnt more about Microsoft Office in general and lots of small tips to help be more organised with it.
Responsibilities
Yes, I had to communicate with key stakeholders and discuss difficult topics when things have gone wrong. I have also been able to work with customers and suppliers directly around different issues.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidance at the start of my placement. As it went on the support was still there and, if I asked for help or guidance, there was always people around that help.
Culture
Great culture, focused on learning and growing. It was a safe space for any and all questions (even if they seem silly)

I have really enjoyed my placement year and I am sad to be leaving.
