Responsibilities
yes, I got to manage our Centre treats programme. Send reporting out to Heads of Business and run the PD inbox replying to network queries.
Support & Guidance
My team was extremely supportive and encouraging. There is always someone happy to help if you have an issue and I have always felt comfortable asking questions.
Culture
The office environment was very welcoming and you can tell the brand cares about its employees. There were regular check ins and brand huddles.
Your Impressions
I have really enjoyed my placement, the job has been varied which has kept it exciting. I have met lots of great people whilst gaining new skills that I will take with me for future careers.
Yes
It is a big well known company to work for so will help you in that respect, the only slight downfall is being in Milton Keynes as there isn't loads to do outside of work.
