Overview
Daily tasks included assisting with legal research, drafting client letters and responses, attending client meetings, and writing articles. We also had opportunities to learn more about Dentons' objectives and initiatives during lunch meetings, which left a lasting impact! My supervisors and colleagues were friendly and welcoming, making communication easy. Additionally, I met trainee solicitors, associates, and partners, gaining valuable insights into their experiences at Dentons. There was an event happening at the Glasgow office which we were encouraged to attend. During my second seat, my responsibilities varied. One key contribution was researching and supporting the Young Professionals in Construction for its future business development plan. I was pleased to hear that the research significantly helped the team make more informed decisions.
