Responsibilities
I was given full autonomy and was treated like a full time employee; all the stereotypes of what 'intern' roles are, were disbanded by my time here at Softcat, where i am valued, treated professionally and maturely. All my accounts were my full responsibility and any extra curricular activities i was free to partake in. Specifically being heavily involved in the Muslim Network leading events and planning for the year ahead alongside work.

The support and guidance were very good from my manager to office peers to reaching out to different colleagues across the country
Culture
Friendly, welcoming and performance based
